I have a 2000 Jeep Wrangler. What are the capacity specs of the front-mount hitch, Curt part #31408 tongue wt, pulling/pushing capacity, etc.? Will this hitch work with the SnowBear snow plow?

The Curt Front Mount Receiver, part # 31408 has a 3500 lb towing capacity, a 350 lb tongue weight capacity and can handle 9000 lb line pull when used with a winch. The receiver has plenty of capacity for handling the SnowSBear Plow.
