Question:
I have a green and black wire coming out. Bought from you. No third ground so I assume it grounds through mounting screws. So I need to know does green go to the turn/brake wire green or yellow and brown to black. Or other way around?

Thanks again for ordering with etrailer.com, we appreciate your business.
As for the ground, you are correct, the light housing on the Optronics 4-1/2 Inch Round Trailer Stop, Turn, and Tail Light, # ST40RB, doubles as the ground. Now for the green and black wire, the green wire is for the running light circuit and the black wire is for the turn signal and brake light circuit. I have attached a short installation video for you.
