Question:

Is there an electrical or ?? system that can be added to the ramp door so it can be lowered and raised by remote?

What some customers have done is used an electric winch such as # DL25200 to raise and lower heavy ramp doors. The winch would have to be mounted up high and back a few feet from the door opening. The line will need to come straight out of the winch at least 12 inches, then to a pulley block such as # CU881080 so that it can turn downward as the ramp lowers.
