Question:

I was making sure this product C18115 Curt Roof Basket would fit on the factory roof racks on my 2013 Chevy Equinox before I ordered. I also want to know if I purchase the cargo net for the top if that would be adequate in holding beach chairs down and secure at highway speeds of 70-75 mph? Thanks!

The Curt Roof Mounted Cargo Basket # C18115 that you referenced can fit crossbars that are up to 3" wide x 1-5/8" tall and are spaced 15", 22", or 29" apart on center. If the bars of your 2013 Chevy Equinox fit those requirements this would work well for you.

A cargo net like the part # C18200 should work well for you, but for added peace of mind I would also recommend you use tie-downs like the # EM51215.
