The Draw-Tite Class III Trailer Hitch, part # 75270 is indeed a fit for the 2015 Honda Odyssey.
If you'll be towing with your Odyssey, be sure to consult the owner's manual for the towing capacities. The hitch has a 4500 lbs towing/675 lb tongue weight capacity, but you'll be limited to the capacity of the vehicle if it's less than that of the hitch.
You'll need the following items to complete your towing system:
Trailer wiring harness with 4-pole trailer connector, part # 118521
Ball mount, part # 2753
1-7/8 inch trailer ball, part # 19260 or 2 inch trailer ball, part # 63845
