Is Brake Light Relay Needed When Installing Blue Ox Tail Light Wiring Kit # BX8869

Question:
I am installing the Invisibrake in my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sahara unlimited. I have purchased the Blue Ox BX8869 bulb and socket kit. Will I need a brake light relay to keep the factory brake lights from illuminating when the RVs brakes are applied when towing? If so, how does this work with the monitor wire that runs up to the RV dash from the the Jeeps brake switch? Thanks much.

A brake light relay is not needed when you are using a separate bulb-and-socket taillight kit in your towed vehicle, such as Blue Ox # BX8869. The relay is needed only if you are tapping into the toad's own internal wiring with a diode kit.
