Should Trailer Running Lights Be Dim
Question:
iput as new wiring harness on boat tralor new led lights finally figured out gr problum . turn signals work and brake lights work all bright, but when just running lights on just two dim lights on each light is this normal

Typically the running light circuit will be noticeably dimmer than the brake/turn signal circuit, so what you described could be normal depending on how dim the lights are. Without seeing how dim the lights are it's hard to say for certain.
If you installed the # TLL9RK that you referenced you can check out the review video I attached around the 1:30 mark to see the difference in the brightness of each circuit. I also attached a picture that shows the running light circuit on the right and the blinker circuit on the left.
You should also test the running light circuit of the trailer connector on your tow vehicle to make sure it has the full 12 volts when the head/running lights are on.
