We can help you with new hitch installation hardware for your Curt hitch # 13424. It is important to always use new hardware when re-installing a hitch since the fasteners are single-use types that cannot be removed and re-installed.
All you need to do is enter part # RHK into our search box and then enter your hitch number 13424 in the box provided and then select Curt from the manufacturer drop-down menu bar.
We will then send you all of the appropriate fasteners in the correct grade to allow you to safely re-install this hitch on your 2007 Saturn Outlook. I have linked the written instructions as well as two helpful articles with tips for easier hitch installation. You will need basic tools along with a torque wrench to install the fasteners to the correct specs as noted in the instructions.
If a bike rack or cargo carrier is in your plans you can use the two links provided to see compatible Class III carriers.
If you plan to tow a trailer you'll want to consult your vehicle owner's manual to confirm its capacity. You'll also need a wiring harness # 118434, ball mount # C45030, a pin and clip # PC3. For a 2-inch hitch ball use # 63845 or for a 1-7/8-inch size use # 19260.
