Yes, we have the Swagman Patrol 2 Bike Rack for Truck Beds - Fork Mount # S64701 which is a fork mounted option. You could alternatively use two of the Thule Insta-Gater Truck Bed Single Bike Racks that you referenced if your truck bed is at least 40 inches wide.
