The only racks to fit your 2011 Audi Q6 and Lexus RX350 are the suction cup types like the # 298-BH1302 or the # 298-BK1910-AB these only carry one bike each and are quite costly.

Instead, I recommend the Yakima FullBack # Y02634 for your 2011 Audi Q5 and the Saris Bones EX # SAR83FR for your Lexus RX 350. These are fits for each of your cars and would be more cost effective than the suction- cup racks that will work on both, especially since the suction-cup racks only hold 1-bike each.

If you'll be transporting women's bikes or bikes with sharply angled top tubes, you might also consider a frame adapter bar like part # 64005. The bar spans the distance between the handlebar gooseneck and the seat post, which provides a secondary attachment point for the bike rack.
