Adapting a Thule Roof Bike Carrier to Thule Xsporter Load Bars

Question:
how long is the square head bolt for the thule fairing? I have a xporter thule rack on the back of my truck and I need the bolt long enough to attach my old thule bike rack.

For Thule T-bolt # 853-0782 the overall length is 2.21 inches, the threaded part makes up 2 inches of that. It has a diameter of 0.31 inches (8 millimeters). There may actually be a special kit to adapt your Thule bike carrier to the Xsporter load bars. I would need to know which Thule bike rack you have though.
