If you are looking for a hitch mounted enclosed carrier that can give you unrestricted access to the rear of your 2003 Honda Odyssey you would want the Yakima EXO Swing Away Enclosed Cargo Carrier - 2" Hitches - 10 cu ft - 100 lbs
Item # Y62VR as it can swing out and away from the rear of your vehicle when mounted to give complete rear access.
With the # Y62VR you will need a Class III hitch like the part # 75270.
