The Draw-Tite Class III Hitch # 76021 that you referenced installs under your Renegade's bumper rather than through it. The linked photo shows the location and appearance of the receiver opening after installation and the linked video shows the entire installation process.
The written instructions, which are linked for your review, include photos and a listing of all the tools required to install either of these 2-inch hitches. These tools include a torque wrench such as # ALL944001. Two helpful articles are also included; these provide tips for easier hitch installation.
If you need a 4-pole wiring harness you can use part # 118651. The linked article will help you with installation.
