Actually the Curt fifth wheel bracket kit you would need is the part # C16443. The # C16448 that you referenced is not compatible with your truck so I would not recommend it for you.
If you needed rails as well you would want the part # C16204 for just the rails or part # C16443-204 to order a kit that includes both.
