Yes! The Yakima EXO Swing Away Enclosed Cargo Carrier - 2" Hitches - 10 cu ft - 100 lbs # Y62VR swings off to the side allowing you nearly 100 percent access to the rear of the vehicle. I have linked a video review for you.
