The most popular trailer hitch for your 2014 Ford F-150 is Curt hitch # C14002. This hitch is probably going to be rated much higher than your truck can tow (up to 12,000 pounds using weight distribution) so if you are looking for something with a little lower capacity # 13368 would be a good option.
It is rated for 600 pounds tongue weigh and 6,000 pounds gross trailer weight. When used with weight distribution it is rated for 1,000 pounds tongue weight and 10,000 pounds gross trailer weight. I have linked videos showing installation of both hitches.
To add a 7-Way trailer connector you will need # 37185. It is possible that if you follow the factory 4-Way wiring forward under the vehicle that you will eventually run into another connector. Behind that connector, if you pull back the covering there could be wires for electric brakes (blue) and 12 volt power (orange or black). Otherwise you would need to hardwire it in by following the # ETBC7 instructions I have linked.
