Using Star Shaped # 84545UC1-EZ Hub to Replace Existing Round Shaped Hub

Question:
Bearing Part Numbers, spindle size, etc. all point to Subject hub assy. The issue is this: The original hub NFP H-1377 is round. Your replacement hub is star shaped. Could that be a problem?

It won't cause the slightest bit of a problem. As long as the bearing numbers, wheel bolt pattern and grease seal dimensions match up, the # 84545UC1-EZ would be an appropriate replacement.
Several years ago, this hub model was 'round' as you described but Dexter modified the hub design.
