Engine Block Heater Recommendation for a 2010 Lexus GX 460

Question:
Hi, I am looking for an engine heater to a Lexus GX 460 2010 model. I can only find the heater for 2011-2015 models. Is the engine different between 2010 and 2011 or do you think I could use the part KH11813?

There's no reason the Kat's Heater part # KH11813 that you referenced wouldn't fit your 2010 Lexus GX 460. It would work well for you so I can safely recommend it for you.
