Does CE Smith Tread Plate License Plate Mounting Bracket have Holes to Mount a Light

For the subject bracket are there slots that could be used for mounting a license plate light between the bracket mounting slots and the license plate mounting slots. One of the pictures does show such slots, i.e. the one showing the bracket mounted on the tail light assembly.

I checked with CE Smith and license plate holder # CE26053A does not have the holes in it to mount a light. The picture in question is meant to show the tread plate construction. For a similar metal license plate mounting bracket that does have additional mounting holes go with # LP15SB.
