What is the best bike rack to get for a 2008 Jeep Liberty Sport no hitch or spare tire? Have a mens 17 speed mountain bike and a womans huffy trail/mountain bike Thanks.

If you are looking for the best trunk mount bike rack for your 2008 Jeep Liberty I recommend the Thule OutWay # TH45JV. It is by far the best trunk mount rack I have ever used (I have an older version of the 3-bike model).
This bike rack can lock out access to the adjustment levers for the cables to deter theft of the rack. It also features an integrated cable lock in the last bike position to deter bike theft.
The rack uses 2 rubber straps to mount to a vehicle instead of 6 straps so installation is quick and easy. And the cables are much more durable than nylon straps used by most other bike racks. In short it is the last trunk mount bike rack you will need and will quite possibly last forever.
On the off chance it doesn't last forever the rack does have a limited lifetime warranty. I have linked a video review of this rack for you.
If you will be carrying any bikes that do not have a top frame bar that goes straight across (like a typical men's bike would) then I recommend using bike adapter bar # 64005. This will allow you to carry those bikes more level and will provide better ground clearance. I have to use these adapters and without them my wife's bike would be at a severe angle and I would not be able to load my son's bike at all. I have linked a video showing how the adapter works.
