I have an easy solution for you, but the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System # ASR5200S04 that you referenced is not available with hub/drums.
What you will need is to also order the part # 8-201-5UC3-EZ for the hub drums and then part # 23-325 for the right hand brake assembly and # 23-324 for the left hand side.
