Is there any difference in weather resistance between the bargman rectangular porch/utility light and the optronics rectangular porch/utility light?

The Bargman Porch/Utility Light # 3478503 that you referenced is not actually specified as being weather-resistant, but the Optronics # RVPL3C does offer similar construction that provides all-weather protection against corrosion, making it suitable as an exterior light. Both lights use the same mounting arrangement and so they are fully compatible.
