I need to the receiver for my motor home so that the tow hitch is lower.

If you're needing to lower the receiver for a tow bar that you're using to flat tow a vehicle, Roadmaster offers several High-Low Hitch Adapters that would get your towbar within the recommended 3 inches of level. For a 10 inch drop use part # RM-048-10. For an 8 inch drop use # RM-048-8, for a 6 inch drop use # RM-048-6, for a 2 inch drop use # RM-048-4 and for a 2 inch drop use # RM-072-2. These adapters shouldn't be used for towing a trailer.

For a bike rack or a cargo carrier, Blue Ox offers a 7 inch drop # BX88241 or a 3 inch drop # BX88235.

All these adapters are compatible with a 2 inch receiver.
