Question:
Hello there and how are you doing today. My concern is about the tow bars and the area that I am really concerned about is how to install the parts on the vehicle to be towed. I have watched some of the videos that was made available, there should not be a problem to connect the tow bar on the vehicle for towing but unfortunately there is no one of them that treats how to install the pieces on the towed vehicle. This is very important to me because I really want to understand all the rudiments so as to be able to get things right. It is also important to know how the lights are connected from the master vehicle to the slave. Please this is very important and I will like to hear it from the experts. Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you asap. Regards.

If your 2004 Ford Truck isn't a Harley Davidson model, I'd recommend the Blue Ox # BX2163 base plates or # BX2163 for the Harley-Davidson model. I don't have an install video to offer, but you can see the install instructions by clicking the provided link.
There are many different possibilities for providing taillights on the rear of your vehicle, but using a magnetic mounted taillight kit like part # RM-2120 would be the easiest install.
The most important thing you'll need to determine is if the vehicle is capable of being flat towed. Generally speaking, 2WD vehicles with manual transmissions can be flat towed. 4WD vehicles can be flat towed if the transfer case has a neutral position. However, you will need to confirm this for yourself by checking with your owner's manual or with Ford.
I'll link you to several FAQ articles about flat towing that I hope you'll find helpful.
