What is the outer diameter of the hub surface that contacts the wheel?

I called Titan about the Titan Trailer Hub Assembly, part # T4084600042, and to get some of the dimensions you need.
I have attached a photo that has the dimensions noted. The outside diameter of the hub is 5.69 inches and the outside diameter of the hub portion that the pilot hole of your wheel slips over is 2-1/2 inches.
