Mounting a Marker Light at a 45 Degree Angle at the Back of a Trailer

Question:
How do you know when the light is mounted at 45 degrees. Or what does this mean in the description?

If you think of the back of the trailer as flat and straight left to right, and the sides of the trailer flat and straight front to back, where they meet in the corner would be a right angle. If you were to mount the light in that corner, so that it doesn't face straight back or straight to the side, it would be at a 45 degree angle in the corner. Basically, you would be able to see the light illuminate straight on, and from either side of the light.
I have included a link to the right that you may find useful. Scroll down to the section title Common Questions About Trailer Lighting. There is a picture that shows what I have described above.
