How long is the shank?And how far from the center of the reciever pin, to the start of the plate support bracket?

I have attached a photo of the Tow Ready Pintle Hook Mount, part # 63059 with several measurements noted.
As the photo shows, the length of the shank from the end to the front face of the plate is 14-5/8 inches. The plate is 5/8 inches thick so the shank measures 14 inches from the end to the back of the plate. The distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the front of the plate is 11-3/8 inches. The distance from the pin hole to the start of the angled bracket is 7-3/4 inches.
