Is there bike rack with or without a hitch, I can attach to my 2014 Beetle Convertible?

Yes there is, since hitch bike racks are preferred since they don't touch any painted surface of the vehicle like a trunk rack, and don't affect gas mileage like a roof mounted rack let's start with a hitch.

For that you would want the Curt part # C11354. This is a Class I hitch that will do well to carry up to two bikes.
