Take a look at the video I have linked on the ladder mount bike carrier # LA-102. We load two bikes on it in this demonstration video. Basically, we put on the second bike the same as the first bike.

Hey Scott. The #NC29FR is Norcold #N10DCSSL, and is 59-7/8" tall. You need #NC73FR which is Norcold #N8DCSSR so it is a direct replacement for your unit. This measures 52-7/8" tall which is why you cannot use the other fridge.
