Question:
I have a 2006 Ford E-350 with a Kuv Knapheide service body. I am trying to find a 10K plus rated hitch for it. From the frame rails to the bottom of the step bumper is about a 3.5 inches. Any recommendations

I spoke to my contacts at Curt and Reese and the only styles of hitches that can be made to fit a service body van like your 2006 Ford E-350 are multi-fit RV hitches like the # 41990 that has a 16k capacity. This is a weld on hitch that would require either the 7 inch drop brackets part # 4907 or the 16 inch brackets part # 4916.
