To choose a weight distribution system, you'll need to first determine the fully loaded and ready to tow tongue weight of your trailer. To that figure, add the weight of any gear stowed in the cargo area of your Yukon behind the rear axle. I've linked to an FAQ article that explains how to do this. These combined figures comprise the Total Tongue Weight (TTW) of your set-up. The TTW of your trailer should fall as close as possible to the middle of the effective range of the weight distribution system you choose.
The 545 lb hitch weight you mentioned is likely the dry tongue weight, which wouldn't include full water or propane tanks, any gear behind the axle of your Yukon or gear in the trailer. Your fully loaded and ready to tow tongue weight could be a few hundred pounds greater than the dry tongue weight you mentioned, which is why it's important to verify.
If you determine your 'ready to roll' tongue weight is between 600-1200 lbs (which is extremely likely), the Reese Strait-Line, part # RP66084 would be absolutely ideal. The system provides proven weight distribution using trunnion spring bars, but also includes the Reese Dual Cam Sway Control system. The Dual Cam is the absolute benchmark for sway control, it will stop trailer sway dead in its tracks before it can happen, making towing a much more enjoyable experience.
The # RP66084 includes a weight distributing shank, but you'll also need the appropriately sized trailer ball. For a 2 inch ball, use part # A-90 or part # 19286 for a 2-5/16 inch ball.
