I need 2 3inch x 68inch hinges that are pre drilled can you help. it needs to hold a door that will hold 150 lbs

The Redline replacement hinge you referenced, part # H300, measures 3- x 72-inches but is not pre-drilled. This is because this part is designed for multiple installation methods - by welding or by use of fasteners you supply. We also offer a stainless steel version, part # SH300. These hinges do not carry a specific weight capacity since that will depend on the strength of the surface they mount on. For a 150-lb door I recommend the stainless steel hinge # SH300.
This hinge can be cut to length but we do not do that here.
You will want to use stainless steel fasteners also, such as # 1172904.
