Can this rack be used on the back of a fifth wheel with a bolt on receiver mounted to the bumper. Max tongue weight of 350lbs?

There are only certain bike racks rated for use behind an RV or trailer. The Swagman XTC4, # S64665, is not one of them but we do have a racks that will work. One of the most popular is the Swagman Trailhead, # S63381. It's not a platform rack but does carry 4 bikes on the back of a fifth wheel trailer.
