The Peterson Sealed, Trailer License Plate Light, Ear Mount, # M439K, comes with a mounting bracket. I could not bring up the M439. But according to the manufacturer M439 does not come with a mounting bracket.
For a license plate light, you might also be interested in Heavy-Duty, LED Trailer License-Plate Light with Mounting Bracket, # LPL55CB. This light comes with a mounting bracket.
