Is there a coupler made to fit a 4 inch square tongue?

The largest channel width channel or straight tongue coupler we currently offer is 3 inches. I included a link for you as well.

What you could do is go with a channel coupler # PSA256S0303 and then weld on a channel bracket # BDAC5000300. I recommend using a professional welder too.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
