Does this gooseneck kick work with my airbags mounted on the outside of the frame, Firestone. I have a 2006 crew cab diesel 4x4 Ford with 4inch exhaust. I know the BandW will not fit. It looks like the Blue Ox would interfere with my exhaust. Thanks

It'll depend on which Firestone Air Spring kit you have. If you have the # F2400, the Curt # C60720 would fit just fine for you.
If you'd care to reply with the part number of the Firestone Air Bag kit you have, I'd be happy to provide you with some specifics.
If you'd like a built-in compressor system that allows you to adjust the air pressure in the springs by flipping a switch in the cab, I'd recommend the Air Command Compressor system, part # F2158.
