Helpful Expert Reply:
The Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Bracket Kit # C16448 that you referenced is not a fit for your 2007 Toyota Tundra with 8-foot bed, but this type of custom under-bed bracket does avoid the need to drill into a vehicle's frame. Such custom-fit brackets use existing holes in the vehicle's frame as their attachment points.
For your Tundra we do offer both custom and semi-custom 5th wheel install kits. For example, Reese offers a custom bracket kit # RP50084-58 that will not require you to drill into the truck's frame and which is compatible with hitches from Curt, Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch, Reese, Valley and Husky.
For a semi-custom kit you have options from Curt, their # C16304-200, and from Reese, kit # RP30035-309, both of which will require some drilling into the frame.
The link at right will take you to our main page for all 5th wheel install kits that work with your 2007 Tundra. If you wish you can use the filters on the page to narrow down the products shown. I also linked an article with helpful tips for installing a 5th wheel.
