The second generation of the Honda Fit extends from 2007 to 2014 so yes, the fit information that is used to fit a Thule Aeroblade roof rack on a 2011 would be the same as your 2007.
I attached a video to the right that shows the same rack being demoed on a 2008 Fit as well.
To complete the rack you will need the part numbers, # TH480R, # TH711220 and # THKIT1312.
