I want to know that im getting the 29 inch spare tire cover and not a 27 inch

Actually with the # RA772901 you would be getting both. This tire cover can fit tire diameters from 27-29 inches.
The adjustment cord in the rear seam allows the cover to be tightened onto tire diameters that are from 27 to 29 inches.
