Great so far. Recieved hitch but haven't installed it yet. But the product looks very well made and no damage from shipping.
The hitch fit perfectly. I have put about 2000 miles of using it since installation.
Easy to install and much faster/cheaper than trying to find a shop to install. This is our second hitch purchase from trailer, would definitely recommend.
I use this for my bike rack. Install wasn’t that hard and the hitch is well made.
What a great hitch! It fit the car like a glove... no drilling, bending, prying, or pounding!! I believe the install was complete in about 1.5 hours.

great product. However, the packaging leaves much to be desired. The box was full of holes, and I was afraid parts were lost. After opening it, all parts were accounted for.
I have a 2014 HYUNDAI SANTA FE GLS which has dual exhaust and technically wasn't covered in the installation video or vehicle fit list. I didnt realize this till I began to install it and once I did I figured what the heck let me try. Ill say this is does fit and bolted right on once I got it in place. The only issue I ran across was the hitch hitting the driver side exhaust cover mounted on the bumper, but all I had to do was remove 2 10mm bolts to get it loose, slide the hitch in place and insert one bolt to hold it and once everything was torqued I went back got the 2 10mm bolts to thread back in. All in all its a solid hitch that one person can install if your willing to get a little dirty. I recommend it for the build quality, ease of installation, and great pricing.

This hitch is not showing that it is a confirmed fit for the 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe GLS, it is only a fit for the 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. This could be the cause of the exhaust cover being in the way.
Fitment was such that where it mounted next to spare wheel well made getting spare out very difficult because it squeezed the tire. End of hitch was so far beyond the bumper an extension had to be used to prevent bike carrier hitting bumper.
And it was sent to my old address even after updating the information by phone.
Worst experience I've had with these people, I used to purchase all of my hitches from etrailer.
Good quality product. Simple and fairly easy installation. I needed another person to help hold it up. Perfect fitment. So far actually used only once, but overall very pleased.

It worked great the one time we used it. Paint is still good.
It is an etrailer product, so not much more to say. Hitch is very well built and heavy duty. The finishing looks great in the vehicle, and the round tube is a perfect fit.
Installation took 1hr:20min, and that is because I did not have one of the tools required to get the bumper pin out of the way, so had to improvise.
etrailer video was paramount for me to complete the installation. I recommend you watch the video prior to installing yours.
I am ready to tow and take our bikes for a ride. Thank you etrailer, for putting money back in my pocket!
Amazing quality. This is my second trailer hitch from etrailer and they are exceptional. My first one was a smooth installation, but this one wasn't nearly as easy. You definitely have to cut down those factory bolts so be prepared to do that. Also, the included short hardware didn't fit. They were a little too short despite giving the holes a thorough cleaning. I've seen some people say they did the install themselves in 45 minutes. They are clearly luckier than I am. I did it myself in about 2 hours and with some audibles.
This hitch looks great. Very low profile which nothing attached. I don’t have any specialized tools and very basic vehicle mechanical skills and I was down with installation in about an hour. Got this for adding a 60x24 cargo carrier on a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport for some extra room for camping trips. Thank you etrailer for an amazing product!
Purchase and delivery was excellent. Trailer itself is high quality. Have used it several times since purchased to transport two road bikes, and is very secure.
First, let me say I'm very impressed with the whole delivery process. First I received automated notice of the order, typical, then I received an email with the tracking number when it shipped, somewhat typical. However, on the tracking email they supplied two "How To" video links that were specific for my personal vehicle, wow! I had a clear and concise instructional before the part even arrived! And, I didn't have to go find it on my own. Because of this great addition I had an idea of how much time, which tools and the general requirements for the task. I have to admit, it added to the excitement because my concern about what I may need to do was eliminated. In fact, I installed my unit the day it arrived.
In my personal case, the steel was slightly sprung, probably from the welding. It took a little fight and some bumping with a mallet to get things going together. Once I had a few turns on every bolt I just took my time and did about 3 turns to each in a pattern. This was to ensure the bolts were somewhat evenly pulling everything to its final position. The part is a great fit for my Santa Fe. I will definitely recommend and shop with E-Trailer in the future. If you are considering this trailer hitch, I definitely recommend it.
Very well made and attractively priced, no need to pay more for the name brand. Like the matte finish. Excellent communication and tracking. This is my second e trailer hitch. Good stuff!

the install was so easy fit perfect and looked great used it one time then sold the SUV to buy a truck and installed a new hitch for the truck I purchased it same manufacture and etrailer sold both the hitch and wire harness to me again both company are excellent, the only draw back is the install goes so quick that you will finish to early and haft to go back and finish the honey do list
Installed it by myself with the help of a few buckets to hold it up while I got bolts started. Had to pound on it a little to get it aligned properly. I just OK alignment, but could have be the vehicle as much as the hitch. I found that putting in the upper long carriage bolts first was smart. The video I watched recommended putting in the lower bolts first. Looks good and appears to by sturdy and well made.
My 2nd trailer hitch from etrailer, best prices around. Total plug n play hitch, no need to weld or modify. Pleased with the product!
Well built. Easy installation. Directions were very complete. Only negative is that the receiver is under the bumper too far. Had to buy an extension for carrier to fit.
Fits correctly! Have not tried pulling anything with it yet though!

This product still works after a year. We’ve been able to haul a trailer with our lawn mower attached perfectly fine.
It definitely fits a Hyundai Santa Fe sport 2.0T ultimate I put it on myself with the help of my dad holding it! Works great with my bike rack
