Lumens are used to measure the amount of usable light that is put out by a light source. Raw lumens represent the number of lumens that the manufacturer claims the LEDs are capable of producing. It does not include the light's drive method or the amount of light lost from the lens or reflector. Effective lumens take these factors into account and represent the number of lumens that are actually produced by the complete light assembly, not just the amount of light that the diodes are capable of producing. This light has a 1,800 raw lumen capacity and produces 780 effective lumens.

Today, we're going to be taking a look at Optronics led work light. What you're seeing is the light from two of these units wired to work with our reverse lights. In this situation, we've got them set up to assist us with backing up. They produce 780 lumens of light via six LEDs in a three inch by three inch pattern. But, you can also set them up like we've got here in the front where we're using them as fog lights. They'd also be great for your ATV, UTV, using them as truck bed lights, or spotlights.They come in a quantity of one so you can pick up as many as you need.
It's made of a durable cast aluminum with a black powder coat finish to resist against corrosion and rust. Additionally, the assembly itself is weatherproof. Included with your lights, you'll also receive a bracket and the mounting hardware you need to get it installed.When installing your lights, the light can swivel and be tightened down for a fixed position. The lights we've installed here in the front are facing straight out from our bracket while our lights here at the rear are set it at a 90-degree from our bracket. The wiring that comes off of our light is only about a foot and a half, so you will likely need to pick up some extra wiring to get it installed.
There are no switches or anything that come included with the lights, so you may want to opt for a relay or rocker panel switch to turn your lights on and off.We're using Blazer's complete wiring kit and have tapped into our reverse and fog light circuits to turn them on. The lights themselves require a 12-volt power source and draw about 1.4 amps. They measure 3 1/4" inch wide, 3" tall, and 2 3/4" deep.That completes our look at the Optronics led work light with the flood beam pattern.

I have been buying and installing LED lights in my vehicles for years now, and it was time to put backup lights in my new custom-made bumper for my truck. I like brands like Rigid, but they are amazingly expensive, so I will never buy them unless I find them used. I compared pricing of these Optronics units with ones on Amazon (Chinese units), and the value of these was better, as this is a brand I'm familiar with. They work nicely, look just as good as others, and are bright enough to light the way behind me. They come with hardware to install in most any application. Very nice!
I bought this light to mount on the rear of my horse trailer , worked great and provides plenty of light . Easy to mount and seams very well built and has a built in heat sink to keep cool.
Awesome product, the backup lights on my Chevy truck were hard to see in the dark. the addition of a pair of these lights wired into the original backup lights really put a new light on the problem.

AWESOME, works perfectly as an addition to the original equipment back up lights. Allows me to see perfectly at night. Highly recommend this product.
Very bright and lights up a large area and easy to install. Great addition for your camper or horse trailer at night.
Worked great as a backup light for my truck. But water leaked into it, and it died. Replaced it with another one that’s Doing just fine so far.

For future reference, these LEDs have a lifetime warranty and etrailer handles the warranty for the manufacturer.
Two are mounted on front support bars on of rol on Bobcat 3400 4x4. It’s on rugged terrain in Llano Tx , lots of shackling and bouncing and don’t have to worry about a light bar getting ripped off from low branches. They provide all the light you need

Using these as back-up lights on a 20' equipment trailer...………..these work excellent and provide a massive amount of light to see when you are backing up after dark.

I installed this light on the rear of my horse trailer and liked it so much I installed one on the rear of my tractor to help with feeding chores ..
