Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a quick look at this MORryde trailer axle U bolt set. This set is going to feature four of these U bolts that will work with the plates which are sold separately to attach one trailer axle to your leaf springs on your trailer. You can see, we are going to have four of these bolts and nuts and washers included to get them mounted in place. Now, these are right at 3 inches wide.
So they are going to work for your 3 inch diameter axle which is typically your 5,200 pound up to 7,000 pound axle. The bolt diameter is a 1/2 inch when I measure this. Total height, it's right about 7 3/4 of an inch. And the inner height there, the outer height, is close to 8 1/4 of an inch. So not exact measurements, but pretty close there.
Obviously you can tighten those nuts to make it fit your application. Just make sure that you're going to be able to work with that set up there. These do come with a one year limited warranty. So, if you we're to have any problems with them when you're installing them or something like that you're welcome to reach out to us. But they are made here in the USA.

perfect fit, Purchased to use with the roadmaster suspension system. The factory and Dexter U-Bults were too short to use the top spring plate with the shock plates on the spring kit. These were long enough with extra length to add the shock plate and top spring plate. Recommend purchasing these if your doing the Full Roadmaster spring kit with the shocks.
Not what I expected. Returned item. Was also upset to find out Etrailer does not offer a proper U-bolt replacement for the upgraded 8k springs for the 7k axle.

Installed these u-bolts in conjunction with the comfort ride shock kit I purchased from etrailer. Both installed well, no surprises, and we’re currently on our first camping trip and the 5th wheel is no longer tossing stuff all over inside. So far this has been a great purchase. Thanks for the help and smoothing my ride.

Fit was correct and working as designed.
Was great with working with Odelia again. Was able to get the longer length U-bolts needed for the 8000LB. Leaf springs. Will be installing on my 2017 Grand Design Solitude fifth wheel rv. The shipment came a week early and packaging was great.

These are high quality U-Bolts made in the USA, I could have saved money elsewhere but not sure where they would be made, rather pay more for quality.
ETrailer is great as usual, packaging was very good from Morryde.
Quality product. Better than stock. The set uses taller nuts instead of the short ones that come on most kits.

Great kit, really beefy high quality components, nice powder coating. Because my axles are above the leaf springs which I believe is relatively rare, the kit needed some modification, not too bad if you're handy and have additional tools. This kit is a no brainer for axles underneath leaf springs, pretty much bolt on from seeing the eTrailer videos, dramatically improved ride quality on my 20 mile test drive, looking forward to our next trip.
Great quality. Using them for the roadmaster slip spring setup. Installing this weekend.

Very, very heavy duty u-bolts! Needed the extra length in order to add thicker leaf spring top plates, these definitely did the trick. Don’t let the price scare you, you get what you pay for.

Installed the heavy duty u-bolts on our Cedar Creek 5th wheel RV for two reasons…1 upgraded the leaf springs from 7K to 8K springs due to some slight sagging with the originals, 2 installed Road Master shock absorbers and needed the extra length on the threads. Honestly, these u-bolts are extra heavy and fix perfectly.
Kit came as shown on the website will install this week. All looks good.
Do the job
Not thrilled with these. Although I haven't had the RV out time will tell. My concern is that on prior u bolt / spring installs I've done the nuts had friction while being installed. These I could turn with my fingers down to the plate. So there's no cutting of the threads, no heat expansion / collapses of the nuts. Will be checking the torque after the first time out.
I started a review but got disrupted, I was actually trying to fill out a customer service ticket, it looks like the box was beaten up during shipping and I seem to be missing 2 Ubolts and and a u bolt plate, I have attached a picture of the box when it arrived and the parts that we received. Is there anything you can do to replace my parts?
