Easy to install and fits well. I like the look, however my product came with quite a few significant scratches. Yes I know it’s a hitch and will get beat up, but I would have liked to receive what looks like a new product.

The fit was excellent The only problem I had was getting to the bolts the muffler was in the way
Easy install with only one person. Took about an hour by myself. If I had an extra set of hands, it would have taken 20 mins. They say difficulty is 3 out of 10, I'd say it's q.5 out of 10.
Shipping was good received in about 4 to 5 days. Does fit the trail edition outlander sport just have to drop an extra part out of the way. Maybe 4 wheel drive box?. It's on the driver's side. Install driver's side 1st it will save alot of headache.
Excellent!! Easy to install, you can feel the quality!! It took me barely an hour to install it on my own. I put the 17mm screws first to hold it up and then I put the 19mm. I had enough space to run my hands along the side of the canister without having to remove it. The only thing that took a little work was to clean the threads of the chassis, a 12x1.25 tap would have been better. I cleaned the threads with the old screw and WD40. Everything else was excellent!! Soon I'll install the bike rack to start enjoying it. 100% recommended

Hitch looks great and performs as expected. Installation was a breeze. Bike rack fit perfectly and I was out the door.
Instructions where very good and clear. I was able to bolt up the hitch quickly (less than 30 min) and very easily. I would suggest a second set of hands just to guide it into place a little easier.
The use of the round bar makes it look "stock" and it blends in very nicely.
Used on 2012 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport.
P.S. I am not using for towing, just a cargo carrier and maybe a bike rack.
