Hello I have a 2016 Mitsubishi outlander sport es it seems to be same as your video do you know why it says not confirmed or wont fit, If it wont fit is the other products hitches the same install, because this one appears like your video to contour around the exhaust, let me know thank you

The correct Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver for a 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander is part # C13163 or part # C13079 if you have a sport model. The rear bumper fascia and exhaust are different on the sport models which is why there is a different trailer hitch for each. I have attached an install video on a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport for reference. The Curt Trailer Hitch Receivers are both bolt-on options.
