Since the Lippert Hydrauluic Landing Gear Feet are 12 inch in diameter and round the correct Snappads would be the part #SP74FR4.

Personally I prefer the SnapPad XTRA Jack Pads #SP54FR4 over the Stromberg Carlson #SC99MR as they have been around much longer and proven themselves to be a quality product. Both these will fit 4 jacks with a 9" round landing pad.

Based on the information I could find you are going to need the SnapPad EQ Compact Jack Pads #SP24FR4. I have included an image you can use to verify your feet do look the same to fit these pads.
