Best 2008 Toyota Tundra Towing Mirrors

Does not fit well. The cheap plastic hooks for mounting seem flimsy. I mounted one as per instructions and it only took a small jiggle for it to come off. I’m not impressed. Also have to pay for return shipping. Do not buy!

We had tried two other mirrors for our Toyota Tundra before finding your slide-on mirrors. Toyota doesn't even make a towing mirror for this year model Tundra. The first pair were suction mirrors that wouldn't even stay on when the truck in park! The second pair didn't help much with providing a good view for backing up with the camper. Your mirrors were easy to install with the help of your video and provided excellent viewing for backing up with our 24' camper. We love them and they look great on the truck too. Don't waste your money. Complete piece of junk. Don't stay on, move all around, fell off twice within 20 miles on the freeway. Suck it up and spend the money on real towing mirrors. Used them 1 trip and almost lost my mind. Came home and called Toyota and ordered OEM towing mirrors.

When I placed my 1st order, I ordered the wrong ones. Once I realized that I called the company and explained what I had done, they were so very nice and helpful in helping get the right set. Got my mirrors in very timely manner and could not wait to install them, even in the dark. Very easy to install and man do they look good. Took my truck down the road today to check them out. No blur or vibration. Very very nice and look so sharp. I am sure that now pulling my RV will be so easier. All I can say is thanks for the great customer support and a great product.

Received the mirrors in less than 3 days. checked out the video on utube and on Saturday took me about 30 mins to change out both mirrors. Mirrors look great and perform outstandingly. The lights and turn signals work even though the old mirrors did not have that. The remote positioning works and I would say the defrosters will also (still in the 80's) I have included pictures. Now I can see the back of my camper and should have an easier time backing. Thanks

The Tundra towing mirrors were installed in about 1/2 Hr. each. There were no problems, all the electrical functions worked extremely well. I am well pleased with the results. Anyone towing a travel trailer will be much safer using these mirrors. I went out for a drive after the installation, and at 70 MPH there was not problems. After extending to their fullest length for towing there was a little vibration in the mirror, but not enough to be a problem. But, i do not tow at 70 MPH anyway, at slower speeds there is not problem, even extended.

The mirror fit my 2011 Tundra okay. I say okay because in order to tighten the mirro on so that it will stay, it buldges out of the track inside a little. If I loosen it so that it isn't buldging it is VERY easy to pull the miiror off and I assume it will fall off just as easy. If you over-tighten it it is easy to pull off as well. I did get them on and I drove down the road this morning with no apparent vibration or loosening so it looks like they will work. It is probably the cheapest solution, but I don't think it is the BEST solution. I would rather have the factory mirrors and I will probably save up my money to get them.

After two unsuccessful attempts at getting towing mirrors that will work on my Toyota Tundra, these mirrors from etrailer are going to work great. The set of mirrors was delivered quickly & everything was in tact. This is the second time I have ordered from etrailer, & I will certainly make them my first choice in any future needs for my trailer & towing needs.

I haven't tried these yet, but I'm impressed with the craftsmanship.

This mirror was a replacement for one I'd lost a short time ago. The mirrors behave beautifully and really expand my field of vision. They hold on tight. Operator error caused me to lose the last one and I wasted no time ordering its replacement. The mirrors are easy to adjust. Top marks for this product.

These mirrors are awesome! We bought these for our 2015 Toyota Tundra that we use to pull our 16ft Airstream trailer. We have been traveling for years and didn’t know what we were missing! We bought one for each side, and they were very easy to attach and are so versatile! They are very steady in the wind as well. I would recommend checking the clamps as you go, they loosened up a little. I highly recommend these mirrors!

Fit good, as advertised

This is an excellent product. The mirrors are simple to put on and take off of the vehicle, and after setting them up the first time, they pretty much stay in place for quick re-installation. They are easily adjustable to minimize your blind spots, see the back of your trailer, and provide a wider rear sight perspective for safe towing. Also, these mirrors do not move or vibrate at all when you are driving. The ratchet straps allow you properly tighten them and they are durable. I have used them for one full towing season on my Toyota Tundra and I had no problems at all. I highly recommend these mirrors to other customers.

Awesome custermer service. Had issues finding a set of tow mirrors. Toyota wanted $995 for one mirror, plus tax. etrailer had a set that would fit 2013 platinum crewmax, not easy to find. Bottom line got two mirrors, for half the price of 1 Toyota mirror. They look great, fit perfect, but more importantly , I've got that line of sight for my 38.5' travel trailer. The first set, one mirror was broken, called them and had another set in 2 days,was worried about them needing the first set returned before a reship, but they sent the second set like a blitzs. The new mirrors look great on my truck. I am well pleased. I would recommend to anyone that wants high quilts mirrors.

put them on and they work really well. A little vibration with the larger mirror on my 2023 tundra but nothing to complain about. ETRAILER.COM was great at getting my order done and shipped quickly via UPS. KUDOS for that..

I am pleased with the towing mirrors thus far. Installation is reasonably easy and the fit is secure. Only provided 4 stars as I will not really use these for the intended purpose until this spring.

I really wanted to like these mirrors. Unfortunately, they are not ones I would recommend. The drivers side mirror shakes constantly while driving (even at low speeds). The passenger side mirror has a weird angle to where it creates a huge blindspot compared to any other mirror I have owned before.

Great product perfect fit. Simple to install if you look at utube tundra mirror replacement before you start. Would buy from etrailer again.

I always wait for a period of time before writing a review to ensure I don't encounter problems shortly after receiving and using a product. I purchased this in the middle of December 2019, so I have been using it was several months. I purchased the outside mirror to replace a broken one on my Toyota Tundra. Received the mirror in a timely manner, and it met its description perfectly. Although I perform some repairs on my vehicles, by no means am I a mechanic or body repairman, I was able to remove the old mirror and install the new one in about 30 minutes. In the future I will not hesitate to order from etrailer for additional needs.

I'm concerned they're going to pull off with so much tension and very little strap left threading through the tensioner.

Mirrors are exactly what I wanted. They look great on my 2023 tundra. Makes towing my travel trailer much less stressful. Mirrors are easy to remove when I'm not towing so I get the sleek look of the truck.

These mirrors fit our 2022 Toyota Tundra Limited mirror perfectly. Easy to adjust and use!

This does NOT fit my 2023 Tundra, despite the website saying it does. I got dinged about $[XX] to return an item that did not fit which makes me reluctant to order anything else. That's not to say it won't fit your 2023 Tundra, but etrailer clearly did not test fit this on all trims - mine has the BSM mirrors (not the towing mirrors) and the rubber straps are about 6" too short to go around the extra large circumference of those mirrors.

They are ok for what they are. Easy to install and remove. They do not show as much as I thought but enough since I dont have factory tow mirrors.

I ordered these mirrors for my car in Oct 2021 at which time the website indicated they would fit my car. I only need them for towing during the summer so did not even open the boxes until this week, April 2022. Imagine my surprise to find out that the mirrors do NOT fit my car. I immediately sent an e-mail requesting process to return and exchange for mirrors that would fit. Today I received a response stating sorry they don't fit but our returns policy is 60 days and I was outside of that time. I should try selling them locally! I could understand if the mirrors were no longer carried by etrailer but they are still in stock. And I'm not asking for a refund but an exchange. Very disappointed in this company!

Not a good mirror. Second time using it fell off my car and smashed in road. Thank goodness it did not hit another car. The foam pads slid off and you can not get a good grip. I returned and they are sending me same one, because it was after 30 days.

Fit mostly well on vehicle. Have not used on road yet. Time will tell
