Installation was fine with your directions, however, the 2017 Prius has different bumper/fender snap attachments than you showed on the video. Putting the bumper back into place took a little more attention than its removal to align everything together. Good product that fit as promised.
Works just fine on my 2" Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver, item #306-X7235I would highly recommend buying this item also.

Rubber Tube Cover for 2" Trailer Hitch Receivers
Nice product. Only had on hitch reciever for a short while, but is keeping dirt & debris out like I wanted it to do. Installation was a snap ! Being made of semi-hard rubber makes it easy on knee & shin bumps too.
Excellent quality and perfect fit. Adds a nice touch to my Silverado Blackout Edition. Customer Service is outstanding!
