That looks an awful lot like a Penguin or Dometic RV Air Conditioner. We offer the Replacement Cover # AT3308046006 which appears to be very similar, only white in color. The # AT3308046006 cover is 7" tall, 29" wide and 40-1/2' long. I do suggest measuring your cover to confirm fitment. We can definitely help install a brake controller and 7-way on your 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander but first the brake controller I recommend is the Redarc Tow Pro Liberty part # RED24FR with the install harness part # RED69FR. As this controller puts only a small knob on the dash of your vehicle and works really well using an inertia sensor to sense how hard to apply the trailer brakes.
