The Curt hitch you purchased is part # C13272 which is a 2 inch receiver so the pin hole is 5/8 inches. A good standard lock to fit is part # e98880.
With that being said, a lot of bike racks have threaded hitch pins so you can't use just a standard locking pin. Their threads are usually specific to their own locks so you might need to purchase a specific lock for your specific bike rack. We can help you find the parts you're looking for, and really, if you're using a set of crossbars with T-slot mounting paired with accessories that mount in those channels the clearance from the roof won't be a factor. With that said, the Inno kit you mentioned would potentially work, but I do have something that has a bit taller towers to give you some extra clearance from the roof.

It actually looks like you already have a 7-Way socket installed on your 2006 Lexus GX 470. If you check out the attached photo of the Hopkins Endurance Multi-Tow Twist-Mount 7-Way RV and 4-Way Flat Trailer Connector # HM40920 you can see how they are similar. I have a solution for you, but the Tekonsha # 118252 is designed for the 2019 Lexus RX350 F1 Sport with the towing package Additionally, it's only a 4 way and if your RV has a 7 way plug you'll need to add that as well..
