The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 76253 and the OEM Subaru Trailer Hitch Receiver L101SXC002 actually install using most of the same holes on the vehicle. I looked through the instructions you were referencing to confirm this. The OEM option is a three piece hitch which is why it looks like it installs differently but I can promise you that it replaces the bumper beam just like the Draw-Tite option, it's just rather hard to tell from the instructions.

The Curt Trailer Hitch part # C13400 for the 2019 Subaru Ascent does require the spare tire heat shield to be removed during installation. The spare tire shield does not reinstall because the side plates of the hitch are between the spare tire and the exhaust. The side plates of the hitch now act as the heat shield that was removed.
